What Do Enzymes Do?

Enzymes are biologically active protein molecules, denominated »Bio-Catalyzers«, as they regulate in smallest amounts and without alterating themselves the whole metabolism and the immune system of every creature. Without enzymes no life!

Enzymes have been in use for centuries. Since the 1960s enzymes are available as tablets.

Smallest alterations of the activity and particularly deficiency of enzymes can lead to a burden of the metabolism. Therefore it seems obvious to compensate an increased demand by intake of adequate enzymes, or to supply the organism with similarly acting enzymes.

In such cases the supply with external enzyme products can be reasonable and helpful to maintain health.

Enzymes are very specific and reach their optimal effectiveness only under certain conditions in the environment – more or less different for the various enzymes. An essential factor is the pH-value, indicating whether the environment (blood, tissue) is more acid or neutral. “Normally”, blood and tissue react neutral; but under special circumstances the pH may shift to acid values.

If supporting with enzymes, it is therefore very important, to cover the whole pH-range from acid to neutral. This can be achieved only with a combination of different enzymes: while the plant enzymes have their optimum in the acid pH-range, the animal enzymes act best in a neutral environment.

Only a well-balanced combination of plant and animal enzymes exhibit the optimal protection!
